Individual Features:
Khan is a tall man standing at six feet even, but he has a matter of standing and sitting that seems to add to his height, which in turn gives him a commanding air much like an intimidating soldier ready to crush his enemies under his boots. The former tyrant may have super-strength, yet he isn't overly muscular. In fact, he cuts quite a slender figure dusted with a subtle muscularity that easily conceals the truth that Khan could crush much larger males without much difficulty. Khan has a look about his features that are hard yet delicate like finely polished marble with the color to match. However, it is his eyes that frequently get all the attention. He has central heterochromia which means the inner layer of his eyes are a golden-green while the outer layer is a bright blue. So they often have an intense blue-green hue to them that makes them quite eye-catching.
Along with his elegant features, he seems to have an refined fashion sense. When it concerned his dealings with Starfleet, he wore a black uniform that consisted of a form-fitted and long-sleeve top with the silver insignia on the left side of his chest, a pair of equally tight pants, and a pair of nearly knee-length boots. Outside of his uniform, Khan appears to favor dark colors in his clothing like black, gray or dark brown. He also likes to wear long flowing coats that give him a dramatic appearance, especially when he is walking or running on foot.
Powers:
-Super-intelligence-
Khan was crafted to have a high IQ, so he is very smart. However, his intelligence is often used in a more cunning matter, so he can outwit or outsmart most enemies he goes up against. He is also able to create highly advanced technology with the use of his advanced brain.
-Super-strength
Khan has physical strength that is quite impressive, so much so that he was physically able to take a man's skull and crush it completely between his bare hands. He was also able to break a person's leg with a single hard push with his feet.
-High Resistance to Pain & Injury-
Khan is extremely resistant to physical harm and pain. He can take many of the moves that others would react with either falling unconscious or suffering serious injuries, but he often shows hardly any affect at all. For example, he crashed a spaceship into San Francisco and he survived with only scratches, then he was able to fight hand-to-hand without any ill effect from the crash.
-Healing Blood-
Khan's blood has a quality to it that aids Khan in healing his body. It also has the capability to heal others when introduced into their systems, even to the point of bring them back to life.
-Advanced Reflexes & Stamina-
Khan has a high level of endurance on his feet, which means he can run at full speed without stopping for long periods of time without feeling any fatigue what was so ever. He also has faster reflexes then the average human. He is able to and outmaneuver or dodge the attack of many well-trained individuals. Because of this, he was capable of taking out an entire squad of Klingons who were well-armed and well-trained.
Family:
His crew are his only family, though his true parentage is unknown.
Friends:
His crew
Enemies:
The crew of the Enterprise
Admiral Marcus & Section 31
Anyone who is a threat to his crew and himself
Occupation:Former tyrant and former agent of Section 31 in their weapon development department.
Personality:
Khan is without a doubt a very dangerous man, especially when it comes to those who think they can take advantage of him or cross him. He will crush them like a bug beneath his shoe. However, this does not mean he won't use people to further his plans if the opportunity presents itself to him. He frequently views others as pawns to be used as he sees fit until their usefulness runs out. So he isn't someone who develops strong bonds with 'normal' humans, mainly because he sees himself as far superior to them. Khan is very aware that he is a superior version of a human male which at times makes him quite arrogant. He sees 'normal' human beings as weaker creatures to himself and his crew. So he has no difficulty using them or doing them harm, they simply mean very little to him.
However, there is a softer side to the lethal Augment. He does in fact have love and tenderness in his heart, but it is reserved for a certain group of people. The only people he truly cares about are his crew. He would do anything for them, including killing hundreds of thousands of people or destroying an entire city if it meant that they would be safe. So when he thought they were murdered, Khan reacted with a murderous rage to brutally kill all he held responsible in his own form of justice. This was a clear sign of the deeply held, fiery rage that rests just beneath his stoic and calculative exterior.

History:
Khan comes from a time in the 20th century when scientists were using genetic engineering to create humans that surpassed all 'normal' humans in every way. Though the records on his earlier years are more or less spotty, he quickly became known to the human race when in 1992 he took power of an empire ranging from areas of Asia and the Middle-East. From 1992-1996 Khan was known in history as 'the best of the tyrants,' meaning he did take away much of the liberties of the people under his reign, but he did not senselessly massacre them or start wars without just cause. Overall, he was a relatively good ruler in comparison to the other augments who had taken power by this time. However, like with most things, his reign soon came to end when, according to conflicting records, conflicts rose either from outside influences or his fellow augments who begin to fight among themselves. When the dust settled, the augments were defeated and were condemned to death. It was during this time that Khan and eighty-four of his people decided to face self-imposed exile instead of certain death. So they stole a DY-1OO class sleeper ship which they named the SS Botany Bay where they were cryogenically frozen.
It was nearly 300 years later when they were discovered by Section 31, a secretive branch of the United Federation of Planets that was headed by Admiral Alexander Marcus, head of Starfleet. Marcus saw an opportunity in the augments, so he woke Khan from his long sleep then threatened to kill his entire crew if he did not help create him technology so that he could start a war with the Klingons. Reluctantly he agreed to do what Admiral Marcus wanted to ensure the safety of his sleeping crew. With his new job in Section 31, he was given a new identity as Commander John Harrison, a Starfleet officer. However, Khan proved to be more difficult to control then the Admiral originally thought. He began to rebel against him in secret, using his access to hide his crew in the torpedoes that he was working on for the Admiral. Unfortunately, the Admiral discovered what he was doing and Khan was forced to escape before he was eliminated. Once he was free from the clutches of Admiral Marcus, he began to suspect that he had senselessly murdered his crew of seventy-two which in turn enraged Khan. He decided that he would have his vengeance on the man and those who allowed the Admiral to hurt him and his crew. They would all pay.
So Khan found a man that he could use as a pawn, a man who happened to have a terminally-ill daughter. The man was named Thomas Harewood and he worked the Kelvin Memorial Archive, secretive Section 31 facility. Khan promised Harewood that he would save his daughter from certain death, but he would have to pay a heavy price for her cure. There was no other choice for Harewood, he choose to save his precious daughter. Khan took some of his own blood and he gave it to Harewood who in turn injected it into her IV before went to work that day. Once there he send a message to Admiral Marcus that John Harrison was beginning a war against him and his precious Starfleet then he dropped his Starfleet Academy ring turned bomb into a glass of water which erupted, destroying the building and killing forty-four people in the blast.
Ever the opportunist, Khan used the explosion to steal a valuable formula for transwarp beaming and a portable beaming device before he vanished once more. Following the bombing, a meeting was called among the high ranking officers of Starfleet, along with James T. Kirk and Spock. A meeting that soon turned into a bloodbath when Khan appeared just outside the building in a jumpship rigged with the portable beaming device. He killed numerous high-ranking officers including Captain Pike before Kirk was able to dismantle the ship which fell lifeless to the ground beyond. Fortunately for Khan, he used the device to beam away to Qo'noS, the Klingon homeworld. Unlike before, Khan was unable to keep himself hidden from detection. So as soon as he got word, Captain Kirk asked of Admiral Marcus if he could take the Enterprise to Qo'noS and kill Khan with the seventy-two photon torpedoes, the same torpedoes that housed Khan's sleeping crew. Nonetheless, the crew had a change of heart and they decided instead of killing Khan, he would be brought back to Earth and put on trial for his crimes. So an away team was formed which included Captain Kirk, Spock, Uhura and Lieutenant Hendorff who then masqueraded their identities to conceal that they were in fact Starfleet officers while they explored the planet surface.
Unluckily, the mission turned out to be more difficult then they originally believed when a Klingon patrol discovered their presence. Uhura attempted to communicate with them, but this turned badly and they were forced into a fight. It so happened that Khan was in the area and he quickly came to their aid, defeating an entire patrol of Klingons before he finally addressed the landing party that was there to arrest him. He inquired how many torpedoes did they have which they replied as seventy-two, confronting that they were in possession of his beloved crew. So Khan surrendered, but not before Kirk delivered an attack on him, yet it hardly seemed to faze him much to Kirk's dismay. Once he was aboard the Enterprise, he was placed into the brig where the Captain tried to interrogate him, but he refused to do so, instead he suggested that they find the truth themselves by investigating the torpedoes and coordinates that he gave to them. What they discovered was that one of the torpedoes housed a frozen man while Montgomery Scott who had resigned previously was asked to investigate the coordinates which turned out to be a spacedock where the ship Vengeance was being finalized for space travel. Meanwhile, Khan was confronted by Kirk and Spock about the truth and he finally revealed who he truly was, Khan and he had been woken by Admiral Marcus to start an unnecessary war with the Klingons.
At first Kirk refused to accept that the Admiral would such a thing, but once the Admiral appeared on board his ship the Vengeance, he was forced to face the fact that Khan was telling the truth. Admiral Marcus was not pleased to see that Khan was not only not dead, but he had told Kirk the truth about the entire situation. So the Admiral decided to cut his loss and kill them, but not before the Enterprise was about to warp into space around Earth. Unfortunately, Admiral Marcus was able to fire upon them and he was preparing to finish the job when Scott, who had snuck aboard Vengeance was able to temporarily dismantle the ship's weapon system. With their chance to stop the Admiral, Captain enlisted the help of Khan, who was one of the few men that knew the layout of the imposing ship. So they were dressed in thruster suits then shot into open space, heading straight for Vengeance. Once aboard, Kirk introduced Scott to Khan then the three of them headed towards the bridge. It was shortly after a run in with Vengeance's security that Kirk instructed Scott to stun Khan once they were on the bridge. When they finally arrived, Scott did as he was instructed by stunning Khan, but this proved to be a failure when Khan suddenly attacked Scott, knocking him unconscious then turned on Kirk, beating him severely. He then turned his attention to Admiral Marcus, but his daughter Carol tried to stop him, imploring him to stop and listen to her. But Khan refused to listen, instead he broke her leg and continued on his path towards the terrified Admiral. Quickly he grabbed him by his skull then used his strength to crush it with his bare hands much to the horror of those looking on.
Khan then took command of the ship and held the crew as bargaining chips. He offered Spock a deal to exchange crews, his crew in stasis for the crew members he had in his possession. Spock agreed to do so, so Khan beamed them a board the Enterprise. Of course, Khan showed his true colors and he shot at the already damaged ship. So in return Spock detonated the torpedoes which severely damaged the Vengeance and enraged Khan who believed that they had murdered his crew. With both ships damaged, they were sucked in Earth's gravitational pull and they plunged towards Earth. The Enterprise worked tirelessly to save their ship and the citizens of Earth, but it was Kirk who was finally able to save everyone by giving his life so that he could get the warp core back online. Khan took a more reckless method by ordering the Vengeance to crash into Starfleet Headquarters in the heart of San Francisco. Khan left a trail of destruction that wiped out a good chuck of San Francisco, but somehow he managed to survive and slip into the crowd until he was spotted by Spock who had beamed down on the surface to get revenge for Kirk. What ended up happening was a chase through the streets of San Francisco that ended on a flying barge where Spock tried to subdue him, but all proved to be fruitless. Spock was fully prepared to kill Khan when Uhura appeared, imploring him not to kill him because they needed him to save Kirk. So instead of killing him, Spock finally knocked him out and returned him to Doctor McCoy to have his healing blood taken. It was shortly after some of his blood was removed that Khan soon woke, but not in a cell or the dream of a long slumber. No, he found himself in a strange new place without his crew or anything else, save for the clothing on his body.

The last thing Khan remembered was the enraged fists of the Vulcan first officer as they rained down on his helpless body that was stretched out on the barge. His last thoughts had been of his crew and how he had failed them. They had deserved so much more then what then the world had given them. Now they were dead and he was truly alone. But what Khan didn't know was that it had all been a ploy and his crew were safe and sound. Once he had been knocked out, he had been carried away by the crew members of the Enterprise to save their captain from certain death. Originally, his fate had been to return to the sleep that he slipped into nearly three hundred years ago, but it was destiny that stepped in and stole the powerful Augment from his universe. The former tyrant shook the last traces of unconsciousness from his head as his striking blue depths peered about him, trying to make sense of his surroundings. For a moment, he thought perhaps he had been returned to the Klingon homeworld, but he soon realized that the smell and look of it was all wrong. No, this was not Qo'noS. Slowly he eased his seemingly slender frame up, grunting slightly at the ache that was still running through him because of that meddling half-Vulcan who had taken it upon himself to give him quite the beating. If he ever ran into him, he was certain he would get his revenge against him. But first he had to figure out where he was and how he could leave to track down those individuals who had robbed him of his precious family. He would have his vengeance once more, but this time, it would be ten times worse then before. Blood would run like water on the streets once he was done. Quickly he dusted his attire off before he warily started to walk forward, the silvery-colored coat that he stole from San Francisco brushed against his legs as he took each step.
It would seem ironic that a man who had been the ruler of a good portion of Earth was now stalking his way through what seemed like the rougher parts of some city. However, it wasn't like he hadn't been through worse. After all, he was free to roam without being under the cruel hand of the admiral which had held his family over him as blackmail to keep him in his employment. Nothing had been more satisfying then to see the lights go out of his eyes as his cruel fingers crushed his skull with a gratifying pop. The faintest of smirks cracked his stoic expression while the memory raced through his brain before the veil of stoicism once more fell over his elegant features. He paused for a moment as he stepped out of the abandoned ruin that had once been a factory of some sort, but it had long since had been a hollowed out shell of its former self. The Augment squinted his eyes as the bright afternoon sun that greeted him the moment his boot-clad feet touched the street. “Is this Earth?” He asked no one in particular as he allowed his gaze to adjust to his new environment. It definitely looked like Earth, though the appearance was more like it had been in the 20th century, not the 23th century.
After a few moments, Khan was finally able to make out the cityscape that was laid out around him. Large yet severely aged buildings littered the horizon, blocking out bits of the sun as he stalked forward. There was a mixture of disgusting scents in the air that struck his nostrils like a slap to the face. Khan grimaced as he stepped over some bags of garbage that laid discarded haphazardly in the alleyway that he slipped into when a sudden sound caught his attention behind him.“Hello?” He called out, thinking perhaps it was someone who could perhaps answer the many his questions had in his brain. Maybe he would try his hand at a diplomatic approach, though that had never been his strong suit. He must preferred a forceful attack when it came to demanding answers, violence had always been a good motivator. Nonetheless, he would wait to see what answered before he made his decision of his approach.
