Questions on a Character

Hi! I'm considering joining with a character from the show Code Lyoko, and I have two important questions, first!

1) The show Code Lyoko starts out as a cartoon, but the sequel, Code Lyoko: Evolution, is live action. It features all of the same characters, and is merely a continuation of the cartoon. Would it be acceptable to play the timeline of my character during the cartoon, as I'm more familiar with it? Using the live action appearance and the like, of course.

2) In Code Lyoko, characters can be digitized into the computer, into a digital world. Would it be acceptable for my character to be brought from the digital computer world, so that he has his abilities from that and is 100% digital, thus also gaining the weaknesses from that, as well?

1. We would be okay with you taking the character from at least the beginning of the live action reboot. Considering that we have a strict 'no cartoon' policy, if we allow this what is to stop someone who wants to play a cartoon but has a live action face claim? So for this one, you'd have to take your character from the Evolution series, if only from the very beginning.

2. See, I need to ask some questions regarding this. In the digital world, is your character a cartoon? If so, that is a no. But if this character appears as live action in the digital world, then that is fine.

The problem we have here is that this series toes a very thin line in the cartoon vs. live action rules we have on here. What you want here is to take a character /from a cartoon/ and simply give him on a live action face. This is something we cannot allow. What we can allow is that you take this character from the live action series. You can use the cartoon as their 'past' if you wish, but you cannot take them straight from the cartoon.

1) Right, I'll nab him from the very beginning, then!

2) In the Digital World, they are portrayed by CGI. However, when 'translated' from the Digital World into the actual world (which has happened in the show), they appear to look like that world. Ergo, in the cartoon, when in the real world, they appear to be cartoon. In Evolution, if that happens (as I said, I know the cartoon better), they would appear live action. Would that be acceptable, or not?

Both number one and number two are good then! As long as they are at last portrayed by CGI or live action in the digital world we can approve!
